Service description
A4CV is a browser-based resume builder. It allows you to create, customize, and export professional resumes. Your data is stored locally in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create using A4CV. Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others.
No warranties
A4CV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A4CV and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. This includes data loss, hiring outcomes, or technical issues.
Data loss
Because your resume is stored in your browser's localStorage, you are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser data deletion, device failure, or other causes.
Intellectual property
The resume you create using A4CV is yours. A4CV retains ownership of the software, design, and templates.
Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service at any time without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
